About AFIDS
Angel Flight Central volunteer pilots must meet the following qualifications:

Provide proof they are properly licensed and certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and provide a current medical certificate

Agree to abide by all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)

Own or have access to an airplane

Agree the aircraft they will use is airworthy, as defined by the FARs

Have logged a minimum of 250 hours of flight time as pilot in command
-
Provide proof of insurance (liability of at least $100,000)

Provide information regarding any accident or FAA enforcement history
Note: An instrument rating is desired by Angel Flight Central.
