WINE FLIGHT 2018 INFORMATION PAGE

When:  Friday, November 16, 2018  6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Where:  The Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center  2345 McGee Street.  Kansas City, MO 64108

What:  Wine Flight is the beneficiary-event that occurs as a result of the Jefferson Cup Wine Competition under the direction of Master of Wine and Master Sommelier, Doug Frost.  The competition, now in its 18th year, will conclude the afternoon of the 16th, and the hundreds upon hundreds of entries will then be available for Wine Flight attendees to taste.

About the Charity:  Angel Flight Central is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization headquartered in Kansas City whose mission it is to arrange charitable flights for access to health care and other humanitarian purposes utilizing a very generous team of qualified Volunteer Pilots.  Angel Flight Central successfully arranged 2,197 flights for people in need last year.

Cost:  Individual Ticket $175.00  ($107.00 Deductible)

What’s included in the Cost?:  Parking, limitless tasting and sampling, cheese and cracker appetizers, alternative drinks, entertainment, silent auction, jazz music, dinner and dessert, table wines, program, inspiration, live auction and a small take-home treat.

Parking:  Covered parking is included in the hotel garage with a voucher provided by the registration table volunteers.  The voucher is not included if you stay the night and/or use valet services.

Dress/Attire:  Most Wine Flight guests are dressed in business casual attire.
